Versivo developed the ROPE framework to provide our project teams and our clients with a consistent methodology, along with the tools, templates, processes and support required to implement a wide range of IT solutions. The ROPE framework is a comprehensive, structured, standards-based approach to executing IT projects. Versivo leverages its ROPE framework for a diverse set of clients; including federal government, state & local government, non-profit, healthcare and the private sector.
The ROPE framework is designed to be inherently flexible and focuses on Specific – Relevant – Generally Accepted – Measurable steps that positively contribute to the forward progress and successful outcome of each of our projects. Unlike many of our competitors’ implementation methodologies, Versivo’s ROPE framework focuses on results and not just processes by verifying and validating progress frequently with our clients. The ROPE framework IS NOT a recipe or a 12 step program that guarantees success. It is a culture imbedded into the core of Versivo and each of our employees.
