Doug Eliason

Doug is a Sr. Consultant with Versivo. He is currently working on a project for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he assists the agency’s effort to implement a nationwide electronic data initiative while continuing to collect revenue from insurance payers and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Doug previously worked as a consultant at CGI. His areas of expertise include electronic health records, electronic document and content management, revenue cycle optimization and workflow, and HIPAA compliance. He has worked with prominent healthcare organizations, including Partners Healthcare (Mass General and Brigham & Women’s hospitals in Boston), Hennepin County Medical Center, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and the University of North Carolina Hospitals.

Doug lives in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. and expects to receive a Masters in Public Administration from American University in May. In his free time, Doug enjoys running and playing basketball.
