Versivo’s salary compensation package is based on an employee’s role, experience, and primary work location. Salaries are reviewed on an annual basis to ensure compensation matches or exceeds industry benchmarks with respect to our employees’ responsibilities and performance.
Individual Performance Bonus
Versivo believes that superior performance deserves recognition. Each year, your management team will work with you to set measurable goals for the coming year. When goals are exceeded, employees are rewarded financially. An example of an individual bonus that every employee is eligible for is Versivo’s Utilization Bonus. Each direct (client facing) employee will have a target utilization rate (% of total hours that are billable to a client). When an employee exceeds his/her target utilization rate, they receive a bonus of up to 20% of their blended billing rate.
Corporate Performance Bonus / Profit Sharing
When Versivo does well financially, our employees do well financially. Each year we establish and publish business goals and objectives that include realistic financial performance targets. When our hard work results in exceeding these targets, a corporate bonus pool is established and allocated to each eligible employee based on his/her contributions to our bottom line.
Versivo wants every employee to act like a steward and owner of the business. As such, each employee is offered an ownership stake in the company as early as their first anniversary of employment.
Medical / Dental
We believe that good health and well-being leads to better work habits. To encourage employee wellness, Versivo offers medical, dental and vision insurance and a prescription drug plan.
To help protect your income if you are unable to work, Versivo offers short-term (up to 12 weeks) and long-term (over 90 days) disability insurance.
Versivo offers guaranteed issued life insurance for your surviving family or beneficiaries at 1 times your annual salary. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage.
Although we would like our employees to work at Versivo forever, we understand that most people eventually want to retire. To help our employees better enjoy their retirement years, Versivo offers a comprehensive 401K plan and a discretionary matching and profit sharing plan.
